Remote Support

Below you will find our Remote Support software. This tool will allow us to remotely access and control your computer (temporarily) to aid in solving your computer issues.

Many types of problems can be solved quickly and effectively in this manner, and we use it extensively.

 

Please Note:

• After you connect, your screen will be visible to us.
• For increased security, all data is securely encrypted during transfer.
• After we close out, we cannot access your computer again unless you purposefully re-initiate the connection.
• There are several support options available in this program. Please call for instructions prior to connecting, or your connection may not go through.
